Description

• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients to address any issues or changes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Lead and manage on-site personnel, ensuring productivity and adherence to project timelines.
• Identify and resolve any potential project delays or issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 3+ years of experience as Superintendent managing multifamily or hospitality construction
• OSHA 30 HR cert
• Scheduling software/ Project Management software experience
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in construction software and tools.
