Receptionist (Greenwich, CT)
Our client is seeking a Temporary Receptionist who will also provide administrative support to the Greenwich, CT office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage incoming calls, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Front Desk Support:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls (high-volume)
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed
Administrative Support:
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with ordering office supplies, pantry items, catering, etc.
- Schedule meetings, book meeting rooms, and manage calendars
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as required
- Help with the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Maintain internal records and databases
Profile
- 0-2 years of experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)
- Familiarity with scheduling and office management tools
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Able to work in Greenwich, CT
- This is a short-term assignment with no end date - applicants should be immediately available to begin a new position
