Client Details

This Superintendent will lead a Multi-story luxury multifamily high-rise from podium through closeout. The role requires strong concrete, façade, and MEP coordination experience within tight urban logistics.

Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination
  • Manage project schedule, safety, and quality control
  • Coordinate inspections, city requirements, and turnover
  • Lead and mentor assistant superintendents and field staff

Profile

  • 10+ years of ground-up multifamily or high-rise experience
  • Strong concrete and vertical construction background
  • Experience working in downtown Chicago preferred
