Multifamily/Mixed-use Project Manager

Lead large‑scale multifamily developments from preconstruction through delivery. This is a senior role with full ownership of cost, schedule, and client outcomes.

A long‑established general contractor with over 30 years of experience delivering multifamily and healthcare projects across South Florida. The firm is known for hands‑on leadership, a collaborative culture, and a consistent pipeline of repeat work.

Description

* Lead 2 ground‑up garden‑style multifamily projects valued at ~$85M each

* Own budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting

* Coordinate design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders

* Partner closely with the superintendent to drive field execution

* Report progress, risks, and forecasts to executive leadership

Profile

* 8-15 years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC

* Strong background in multifamily construction

* Experience delivering projects in the $75M-$100M range

* Comfortable working on site full time

* Decisive leader with strong communication skills

Job Offer

$165,000-$200,000 base salary
