Project Manager - Commercial Construction
The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who excels at managing budgets, schedules, and teams while maintaining strong client relationships.

Description
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Proven track record managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
