Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with project management tools (preferred).
