Data Center - Superintendent

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on large-scale data center construction projects

Description

• Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to maintain productivity and quality

• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

• Monitor schedules, resolve field issues, and keep projects on track

• Act as the primary point of contact for field operations, ensuring client satisfaction

• Manage mission-critical systems installation (MEP, electrical, cooling) with strict attention to detail

Profile

• 5+ years of experience supervising construction projects, ideally in mission-critical or data center environments

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical infrastructure, and cooling technologies

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, enforce safety, and maintain project schedules

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on management style

• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) preferred

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where uptime and precision are essential
