A national general contractor with a strong healthcare construction division, specializing in hospitals, medical office buildings, surgical centers, and highly regulated healthcare environments. They offer a steady pipeline of multi‑state projects, strong operational support, and a culture focused on safety, professionalism, and high‑quality delivery.Description
- Lead daily onsite operations for healthcare construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, site sequencing, and project logistics.
- Enforce strict healthcare safety, infection control, and compliance standards
- Review drawings, specifications, and healthcare‑specific construction details.
- Track project progress, maintain daily reports, and support schedule adherence.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, owners, inspectors, and hospital staff.
- Oversee inspections, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead site meetings, manage punch lists, and ensure smooth closeout.
- Travel full‑time to national project locations.
Profile
- 5-10+ years as a Superintendent in healthcare construction.
- Experience in hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, labs, or surgery centers.
- Skilled at coordinating multiple trades in complex, active‑facility environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret medical construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong safety mindset and proven track record delivering compliant healthcare projects.
- Willingness to travel extensively for long‑term assignments.
- Stable work history with consistent project completions.
