Manufacturing Engineer | CNC Machine Shop
The Manufacturing Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing processes and ensuring the efficient operation of a CNC machine shop. This position involves hands-on problem-solving and collaboration to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Description
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality in CNC machine shop operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and reduce production costs.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for manufacturing procedures and workflows.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CNC machines and related equipment.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and new technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational performance.
Profile
- A background in engineering or a related field, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and machining techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- The ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions.
Job Offer
- Base salary $95,000 - $115,000 Depending on Experience
- Annual bonus incentives based on personal/company performance.
- 3 Weeks PTO + Company Holidays.
