Program Manager- Medical Device- Hudson, NH
A fast-paced, innovation-driven manufacturer supporting the medical device industry is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects within its Engineering & Manufacturing division. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of programs that align with strategic business goals and customer expectations.

Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering and manufacturing programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to meet project milestones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers on program status, risks, and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.

Profile
A successful Program Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Experience in the medical device industry or other regulated manufacturing sectors preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to support program execution across multiple sites.
