Description
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include:
- Lead planning, execution, and closeout of healthcare and office building projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to define scope and schedule
- Select and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and project milestones
- Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and legal requirements
- Prepare and review proposals, budgets, and progress reports
- Support preconstruction efforts including estimating and value engineering
- Conduct regular site visits and team meetings to ensure alignment
Profile
A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, and trade coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Ability to manage projects from initial client contact through final closeout
- OSHA certification and additional training a plus
Job Offer
