Description

• Lead daily on-site operations for ground-up custom homes in the $10M+ range.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing challenges.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, project manager, and trades.

• Enforce strict quality control measures to align with luxury home standards.

• Manage inspections, permitting, and compliance with local building codes.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of superintendent experience, specifically within the luxury custom home market. They will possess a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successfully delivering multi-million-dollar residences. A deep understanding of high-end finishes, luxury construction methods, and vendor/trade management is essential.
