Description
Manage day-to-day construction activities on ground-up restaurant projects nationwide
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, crews, and vendors on-site
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations
Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly
Oversee material deliveries and site logistics
Adapt to unique challenges at each job location while traveling between sites
Profile
Proven experience managing ground-up commercial or restaurant construction projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and subcontractors
Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing job site conditions
Effective communication skills for liaising with project managers, clients, and crews
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sites
Commitment to safety and quality standards on every project
Willingness and ability to travel frequently and manage logistics across various locations
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
