Description

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on ground-up restaurant projects nationwide

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, crews, and vendors on-site

• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations

• Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders

• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly

• Oversee material deliveries and site logistics

• Adapt to unique challenges at each job location while traveling between sites

Profile

• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial or restaurant construction projects

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and subcontractors

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing job site conditions

• Effective communication skills for liaising with project managers, clients, and crews

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sites

• Commitment to safety and quality standards on every project

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and manage logistics across various locations

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
