The Senior Superintendent - Structural Concrete will oversee all field operations for large-scale concrete projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Description

• Lead and manage all field operations for structural concrete work on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedule and budget.
• Oversee formwork, rebar installation, concrete placement, and finishing activities.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical or logistical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and quality control records.
• Drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all jobsite activities.
