Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Raleigh

Seeking an experienced PM to lead ground-up multifamily projects from start to finish. This role offers autonomy, client-facing responsibility, and the chance to shape projects valued at $20M+. Based in Raleigh, with occasional travel to nearby jobsites.

Description

• Manage full-cycle multifamily construction projects.
• Lead client communications and ensure project alignment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.

Profile

• 8-10+ years of PM experience in ground-up multifamily builds.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable managing $20M+ projects or multiple smaller builds.
• Multifamily experience required on projects 100 units+.
