Description

A Construction Project Administrator in Los Angeles is responsible for:

  • Coordinate and manage all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
  • Assist project managers with tracking budgets and monitoring project progress.
  • Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of project updates and prepare reports as needed.
  • Support the construction team by scheduling meetings and preparing necessary materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency in project management.
  • Provide administrative support in resolving project-related issues as they arise.
