As a Senior Estimator specializing in Commercial Construction, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects. Description

The Senior Estimator will:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving opportunities and risks for each project.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure project success.
• Provide support during bid presentations and contract negotiations.
• Track and update cost data to ensure alignment with market trends and company objectives.
• Assist in post-project evaluations to improve future estimating accuracy.
