Project Engineer - Indianapolis
As a Project Engineer you will support project delivery from planning to closeout, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and documentation. They assist with procurement, RFIs, change orders, and safety compliance, while ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving to keep projects on time and on budget.

Description
Key Responsibilities Include:
Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects
Assist with day-to-day project management and coordination of trades
Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports
Support subcontractor procurement, scope reviews, and contract administration
Track project budgets and costs, identifying variances and risks
Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and inspections
Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues
Support job site safety compliance and quality control standards
Assist with project meetings, documentation, and closeout activities
Profile
Successful Candidate:
Motivated, detail-oriented construction professional with a strong work ethic
Experience supporting commercial construction projects (K-12 a plus)
Comfortable managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Strong communication skills with subcontractors, clients, and project teams
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Problem-solver who can identify issues and support timely solutions
Team-oriented mindset with interest in long-term growth and development
- Relevant 4-year degree
