The Construction Superintendent - Leading Commercial Builder - Raleigh will be responsible for:
- Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain schedules.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct quality inspections and enforce project specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support project managers in achieving budget and timeline goals.
Profile
The Construction Superintendent - Leading Commercial Builder - Raleigh will have:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
- High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management preferred.
