Lead Superintendent- $40M Healthcare Facility
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a $40M healthcare construction project in Wellington, Florida. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and proven expertise in managing large-scale medical facility builds from start to finish.

Description
Oversee all aspects of the $40M medical facility construction project, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel daily.
Enforce safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve design and construction issues.
Monitor progress, prepare daily reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and healthcare construction standards.
Profile
Proven experience as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects in the $40M range.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations for healthcare facilities.
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
