Description

• Oversee all aspects of the $40M medical facility construction project, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel daily.

• Enforce safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve design and construction issues.

• Monitor progress, prepare daily reports, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and healthcare construction standards.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects in the $40M range.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams effectively.

• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations for healthcare facilities.
