Preconstruction Manager / Estimator - Greenville, SC
Looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts in Greenville. This is a critical role for someone with strong local market knowledge and expertise in CMaR and Design/Build projects.

A reputable General Contractor with a strong presence in the Upstate and Western NC markets, delivering high-quality projects across education, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
Description
- Lead preconstruction efforts for projects ranging from $10M-$60M
- Handle local bids for projects $10M-$20M independently
- Collaborate with VP of Upstate office and Preconstruction team
- Develop accurate pricing and documentation for CMaR and Design/Build projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local subcontractors
- Present cost estimates and proposals to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Profile
A successful Preconstruction Manager / Estimator should have:
- Extensive CMaR experience in the Upstate market
- Deep knowledge of local subcontractor base and pricing strategies
- Strong background in ground-up K-12 educational and hotel projects (industrial experience considered)
- Ability to work independently and lead preconstruction efforts
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
