Looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts in Greenville. This is a critical role for someone with strong local market knowledge and expertise in CMaR and Design/Build projects.

Description

• Lead preconstruction efforts for projects ranging from $10M-$60M
• Handle local bids for projects $10M-$20M independently
• Collaborate with VP of Upstate office and Preconstruction team
• Develop accurate pricing and documentation for CMaR and Design/Build projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local subcontractors
• Present cost estimates and proposals to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

Profile

A successful Preconstruction Manager / Estimator should have:

• Extensive CMaR experience in the Upstate market
• Deep knowledge of local subcontractor base and pricing strategies
• Strong background in ground-up K-12 educational and hotel projects (industrial experience considered)
• Ability to work independently and lead preconstruction efforts
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
