CT Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects from groundbreak to completion. This role demands a hands-on leader who can drive schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain a safe and efficient job site while coordinating with project managers and subcontractors.

Description
Oversee day-to-day site operations for commercial construction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Report progress and challenges to the Project Manager.
Profile
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in commercial construction. They can handle complex schedules, motivate teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders while maintaining a safe and productive job site.
Solid background as a superintendent in commercial construction.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and site safety practices.
Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and subcontractors.
