Description

The Plant Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations within the plant, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and meet company goals.
• Leading and managing a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitoring and managing budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Analyzing production metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
• Collaborating with other departments to align operations with company objectives.
• Providing leadership and support for continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

A successful Plant Manager should have:

• Proven leadership skills in the Engineering & Manufacturing field.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and safety standards.

• Proven experience leading production teams to success.
