Senior Superintendent - Mixed-Use Multifamily Building
We are seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the on-site delivery of large-scale mixed-use high-rise apartment projects in Miami, Florida. This role is responsible for overall field execution, ensuring complex vertical projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
Lead all on-site construction operations for mixed-use high-rise apartment projects from mobilization through completion.
Manage and mentor superintendents, assistant superintendents, and field staff.
Oversee subcontractor coordination, sequencing, and productivity across all trades.
Maintain and drive the project schedule, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Enforce strict safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Conduct daily site walks, quality control inspections, and coordination meetings.
Work closely with project management teams, ownership, and consultants to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and final turnover activities.
Profile
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with extensive high-rise and mixed-use apartment experience.
Proven background leading complex vertical construction projects in dense urban environments.
Strong knowledge of high-rise systems, including structural concrete, MEP coordination, and vertical logistics.
Demonstrated leadership ability with a hands-on, solutions-oriented management style.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Job Offer
Base salary of $160,000-$190,000, depending on experience.
