Description

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare and data center construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project reports, including financial and operational performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager - Healthcare, Data Center Construction should have:
