Description

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor and manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to the construction site.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in multifamily construction.
• Strong understanding of codes, field operations, and site safety.
• Proven subcontractor management and schedule coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
