Estimator - NYC

This role requires an experienced estimator who can skillfully analyze project documents, prepare accurate cost estimates, and ensure competitive bids. You will be deeply involved in the preconstruction process, helping to drive successful project delivery from the very beginning.

Description

• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents for commercial projects.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals.

• Conduct quantity take-offs and analyze subcontractor bids.

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and clients during the preconstruction phase.

• Track market pricing, labor costs, and material trends.

Profile

The right candidate is detail-driven, analytical, and thrives under deadlines. They are a problem solver with strong communication skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team. A background in commercial estimating is required, along with the ability to confidently prepare estimates and present findings.

• Commercial construction estimating experience.
