Construction Assistant Superintendent - Commercial
This role leads day-to-day field operations on commercial and multifamily construction projects across Central Ohio. You will oversee site execution, safety, and subcontractor coordination from start through closeout.

Description
* Manage daily on-site construction activities and schedules
* Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
* Enforce OSHA standards and site safety protocols
* Track progress, quality, and issue resolution through completion
* Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders
Profile
A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:
* 3-7 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
* Background in multifamily, healthcare, retail, or industrial projects
* Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site logistics
* Consistent employment history with career progression
* Clear communicator with a professional, client-facing approach
