The Assistant Project Manager will support the execution of commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Description

The Assistant Project Manager is expected to:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project phases.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Support the preparation of project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost control.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, contracts, and project documents.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
  • Help resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Maintain project documentation and records for future reference.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
