Self Perform Superintendent
We're seeking a Self‑Perform Superintendent to oversee field operations for concrete, carpentry, and other self‑perform scopes. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments, takes pride in craftsmanship, and knows how to drive productivity, safety, and quality across in‑house crews.

Description
Direct and supervise self‑perform crews across concrete, carpentry, demolition, or structural scopes
Coordinate daily activities, manpower, equipment, and materials
Maintain strict safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
Work closely with Project Managers to align schedule, budget, and field execution
Review drawings, plan work sequences, and solve field challenges proactively
Oversee quality control, inspections, and documentation
Build strong relationships with crews, subcontractors, and internal teams
Profile
5+ years of experience supervising self‑perform work in commercial or industrial construction
Strong technical knowledge of concrete, carpentry, or structural scopes
Proven ability to lead crews, manage productivity, and maintain a safe jobsite
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to read drawings, plan work, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
A hands‑on, solutions‑oriented mindset with a commitment to craftsmanship
Job Offer
Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
