Self Perform Superintendent

We're seeking a Self‑Perform Superintendent to oversee field operations for concrete, carpentry, and other self‑perform scopes. Description

• Direct and supervise self‑perform crews across concrete, carpentry, demolition, or structural scopes

• Coordinate daily activities, manpower, equipment, and materials

• Maintain strict safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations

• Work closely with Project Managers to align schedule, budget, and field execution

• Review drawings, plan work sequences, and solve field challenges proactively

• Oversee quality control, inspections, and documentation

• Build strong relationships with crews, subcontractors, and internal teams

Profile

• 5+ years of experience supervising self‑perform work in commercial or industrial construction

• Strong technical knowledge of concrete, carpentry, or structural scopes

• Proven ability to lead crews, manage productivity, and maintain a safe jobsite

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to read drawings, plan work, and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously

• A hands‑on, solutions‑oriented mindset with a commitment to craftsmanship

Job Offer

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
