Construction Assistant Superintendent
Support day-to-day field operations on active commercial construction sites. This role is ideal for builders who want to stay close to the work and grow into a Superintendent career.

A privately held developer and general contractor with decades of success delivering commercial projects. The firm is known for long-term stability, local work, and a leadership team that promotes from within and supports career growth in the field.
Description
* Support the Superintendent with daily site activities
* Help coordinate subcontractors and trade sequencing
* Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and basic quality checks
* Track daily progress and assist with short-interval planning
* Maintain field documentation and site logs
Profile
* 2-5 years of experience on commercial construction sites
* Background as a field engineer, carpenter, or foreman a plus
* Working knowledge of safety standards and site logistics
* Comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites
* Motivated to advance into a Superintendent role
Job Offer
Salary range: $75,000-$105,000 annually, plus benefits
* Projects within 60 miles of Columbus, OH
* Stable workload with no layoff history
