RFP Writer

The RFP Writer will play a vital role in creating and managing high-quality Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to support the Financial Services industry. This temporary position is based in New York and requires expertise in marketing and agency-related tasks.

Description

• Develop, write, and edit comprehensive and compelling RFP responses tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate content.
• Manage multiple RFP projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain and update a library of RFP responses for future use.
• Ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing strategies in all materials.
• Conduct quality checks and proofread final documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze client requirements and provide strategic recommendations for proposal enhancements.
• Support the Marketing & Agency department with additional content-related tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful RFP Writer should have:

• Undergrad degree- finance, economics, or business field
• ~2 years of experience in an RFP role within a financial firm
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
