Junior Estimator- Commercial Construction

We are seeking a motivated Junior Estimator with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join a growing General Contractor in Fort Lauderdale. Description

• Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.

• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.

• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and senior estimators throughout preconstruction.

• Perform quantity take-offs and maintain estimating databases.

• Support bid submissions and attend pre-bid meetings when needed.

Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an estimator role, preferably with a General Contractor.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.

• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
