Project Manager- Fast Food Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of fast-paced, ground-up and renovation projects in the fast-food/quick service restaurant sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and client-facing skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

• Oversee all phases of fast-food/restaurant construction projects from preconstruction to closeout

• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials procurement

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring communication is clear and expectations are met

• Lead project teams to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards

• Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, and reports

• Resolve challenges in the field proactively and ensure adherence to scope and specifications

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC, specifically on fast food/quick service restaurant projects

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and budgeting practices

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building strong client and subcontractor relationships

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under deadlines
