Superintendent- High End Restaurant Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end restaurant construction projects across Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. This is an opportunity to join a reputable GC and take ownership of complex, detail-oriented builds for premium clients.

Description

• Oversee all field operations for high-end restaurant construction projects.

• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and onsite crews to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project teams.

• Ensure safety standards and code compliance are met at all times.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to keep budgets, timelines, and scope aligned.

• Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward.

Profile

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in high-end restaurant or hospitality projects.

• Proven ability to manage multiple job sites within Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

• Skilled in managing subcontractors and high-detail finish work.

• Strong communication and leadership skills with a client-focused mindset.

• Must be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Job Offer
