Superintendent- High End Restaurant Construction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee high-end restaurant construction projects across Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. This is an opportunity to join a reputable GC and take ownership of complex, detail-oriented builds for premium clients.

Our client is a well-established General Contractor in South Florida with a strong reputation for delivering luxury hospitality, retail, and commercial projects. They are known for their hands-on approach, attention to detail, and ability to partner with top-tier architects, designers, and owners to bring high-profile spaces to life.
Description
Oversee all field operations for high-end restaurant construction projects.
Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and onsite crews to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project teams.
Ensure safety standards and code compliance are met at all times.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to keep budgets, timelines, and scope aligned.
Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward.
Profile
7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in high-end restaurant or hospitality projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple job sites within Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
Skilled in managing subcontractors and high-detail finish work.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a client-focused mindset.
Must be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary of $110k-$130k, depending on experience.
Company vehicle or allowance for travel between project sites.
