Process QA Consultant

The Process QA Consultant will oversee quality assurance processes within the technology department of a financial services organization. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with standards and optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency. This role is on-site 5x a week, W2 only, and Mandarin/Chinese speaking is a plus!

Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes for technology-related projects.
• Monitor and evaluate workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns.
• Document quality assurance test results and maintain detailed records.
• Provide recommendations for process enhancements based on data analysis.
• Support the technology department in meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
• Assist in training team members on QA best practices and tools.

Profile

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT
* Knowledge of process management a plus
* Previous experience in IT operation or end user support a plus
* Knowledge of different types of computer systems and common computer operating systems such as Windows and Linux and popular application software such the MS Office Suite, Teams, Jabber, etc.

This role is on-site 5x a week, W2 only, and Mandarin/Chinese speaking is a plus!
