Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial construction projects in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is ideal for professionals looking to grow into a Project Manager position while working on diverse, high-quality builds.

Description
- Assist in managing all phases of commercial construction projects
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Provide administrative and technical support to the Project Manager
Profile
- Experience in construction project coordination or management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with construction software and documentation processes
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a Project Manager role
