Project Manager - Luxury Multifamily Construction
The Project Manager will lead the execution of ground-up luxury multifamily construction projects, overseeing all aspects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong experience managing vertical construction, coordinating large trade packages, and maintaining financial control on schedule-driven projects.

Our client is a leading General Contractor specializing in high-end multifamily and mixed-use construction across the Chicagoland market. With a strong presence in the O'Hare / Rosemont submarket, they deliver luxury residential, podium-style, and mid- to high-rise developments for well-capitalized developers.
They are known for repeat partnerships, negotiated work, and a consistent pipeline of projects, offering both stability and the opportunity to work on highly visible developments in one of the most active submarkets outside of downtown.

Our Project Manager will:
- Manage luxury multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Lead subcontractor buyout, scope alignment, and contract execution

Profile
A successful Project Managerwill have:
- 5-10+ years of experience in construction with a General Contractor
- Proven experience on ground-up multifamily or mixed-use projects
- Strong understanding of vertical construction, scheduling, and cost control
- Experience managing large subcontractor scopes and complex coordination
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and financial tracking tools
