This General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary and quality standards. This role is based in Doral and offers a chance to lead and manage critical projects in a collaborative environment.

Description

  • Manage construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and coordinate resource allocation effectively.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate project close-out, including final inspections and documentation.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Strong project management experience, preferably within the Property industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
