Superintendent - Healthcare - MA

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to lead complex hospital construction projects in the Greater Boston and South Shore areas. This is an opportunity to manage high-profile, technically challenging builds with a company that values performance-based advancement.

Description

• Oversee all field operations for hospital projects, including ground-up builds and fit-outs
• Manage site logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure strict compliance with healthcare construction standards and safety protocols
• Supervise installation of complex systems (HVAC, geothermal wells, etc.)
• Maintain quality control and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Collaborate with project managers and client representatives to meet deadlines and budgets
• Document progress and maintain accurate reporting throughout the project life cycle

Profile

• 7-15 years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction
• Proven track record managing hospital projects (ground-up and renovations)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and healthcare compliance requirements
• Ability to lead large teams and coordinate multiple trades effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on projects across Greater Boston and South Shore
