Job Requirements of Construction Project Manager - Healthcare:

OSHA 30 certification preferred; LEED accreditation a plus.

Construction Project Manager - Healthcare
The Construction Project Manager - Healthcare will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires expertise in managing multiple stakeholders and a strong understanding of construction processes in the healthcare sector.

Description
- Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to address project challenges.
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Profile
A successful Construction Project Manager - Healthcare should have:
