The Construction Project Manager - Healthcare will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Description

  • Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to address project challenges.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Profile

A successful Construction Project Manager - Healthcare should have:

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in healthcare projects.

Proven success delivering hospital, medical office, clinic, or other healthcare facility projects.

In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance, codes, and specialized building requirements.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets of $10M+.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).

OSHA 30 certification preferred; LEED accreditation a plus.
