Lead Superintendent- Multifamily Construction

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of a landmark high-rise apartment project in Miami valued at over $100M. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of one of the most prestigious projects in the city and lead it through to successful completion.

Description

• Lead all field operations for a $100M+ high-rise apartment project in Miami.

• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.

• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications and schedule.

• Act as the primary point of contact between project management, owners, architects, and engineers on-site.

• Develop and maintain the construction schedule, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

• Mentor and guide assistant superintendents and field staff to ensure professional growth and strong team performance.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in construction with a proven track record as a Lead Superintendent on high-rise multifamily/apartment projects valued at $100M+.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects and large teams.

• Deep knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing, particularly for high-rise structures.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
