Operational Excellence Manager
My client is seeking a strategic Operations Excellence Manager to lead production and operations teams in delivering high-quality products efficiently and cost-effectively. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong background in driving continuous operational excellence, ensuring consistent production performance, and delivering high-quality products to customers on time. Description
- Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence in Engineering & Manufacturing processes.
- Analyse current workflows to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvement initiatives including Lead root-cause and corrective actions
- Monitor key performance indicators and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Lead root-cause and corrective actions.
- Responsible for ensuring the execution of findings of accident investigations and safety alerts
- Ensure policies and processes are deployed uniformly
- Actively leads the daily huddle process
- Lead problem solving events
- Create a standard for plant process and ensure entire team are properly trained, resourced, supplied, and managed to attain the objectives
- Develop a highly motivated and committed workforce with emphasis on the development of skills needed to accomplish safety, quality, on-time delivery, and product cost goals.
Profile
- KPIS management SQDCI (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation,)
- 5 years in a management role with a manufacturing background
- Bachelors Degree required
- Lean manufacturing experience is required
