Description

• Lead daily job site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and logistics across multiple locations
• Serve as the on-site leader and primary point of contact for project teams and clients
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain high standards of job site organization
• Travel to project sites as needed, typically on a rotational or assignment basis

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to different job site environments
• Willingness to travel regularly and work on out-of-town assignments
• OSHA certification and familiarity with scheduling software preferred
