Description

The Senior Project Manager will:

• Oversee all managerial and administrative aspects of projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, reporting, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, and proposal preparation
• Deliver accurate, comprehensive project estimates to ensure financial and operational success
• Collaborate closely with owners and design teams to develop and refine preliminary concept drawings
• Lead proposal meetings with owners to review scope, identify cost-saving opportunities, and present value engineering solutions
• Manage the buyout process and strategically select subcontractors to optimize project performance
• Conduct bi-weekly on-site meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment across teams
• Make sound, timely decisions under pressure while balancing competing priorities
• Organize, plan, and coordinate multiple activities to achieve desired project outcomes
• Drive quality by continuously evaluating processes and implementing improvements based on client feedback
• Ensure customer satisfaction by adapting to evolving needs and consistently exceeding expectations
• Demonstrate integrity and uphold company values while fostering collaboration and maintaining a strong focus on client success

Profile

The Ideal Senior Project Manager:

• 8- 14 years of previous experience working with a General Contractor
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Experience in design/build is a must
• Experience working with software and technology
• Strong Communication and Organization Skills
• Time Management Skills
• Up to date on the Construction Market and the newest technology
