Job Requirements of Senior Project Manager - Multifamily Mixed-Use Construction:
Oversee all managerial and administrative aspects of projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, reporting, billing, design coordination, cost tracking, safety, and proposal preparationDeliver accurate, comprehensive project estimates to ensure financial and operational success
Collaborate closely with owners and design teams to develop and refine preliminary concept drawings
Lead proposal meetings with owners to review scope, identify cost-saving opportunities, and present value engineering solutions
Manage the buyout process and strategically select subcontractors to optimize project performance
Conduct bi-weekly on-site meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment across teams
Make sound, timely decisions under pressure while balancing competing priorities
Organize, plan, and coordinate multiple activities to achieve desired project outcomes
Drive quality by continuously evaluating processes and implementing improvements based on client feedback
Ensure customer satisfaction by adapting to evolving needs and consistently exceeding expectations
Demonstrate integrity and uphold company values while fostering collaboration and maintaining a strong focus on client success
8- 14 years of previous experience working with a General Contractor
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field
Experience in design/build is a must
Experience working with software and technology
Strong Communication and Organization Skills
Time Management Skills
Up to date on the Construction Market and the newest technology

The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple Multifamily and Commerical construction projects from start to finish. They will lead project managers and superintendents while working closely with developers to ensure quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.

Description
The Senior Project Manager will:

Profile
The Ideal Senior Project Manager:
- 8- 14 years of previous experience working with a General Contractor
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience in design/build is a must
- Experience working with software and technology
- Strong Communication and Organization Skills
- Time Management Skills
- Up to date on the Construction Market and the newest technology
