Description

  • Provide front-line support to Murex users, addressing system issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to implement system enhancements and updates.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality for end-users.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues within the front office environment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their technical needs.
  • Document processes, solutions, and updates for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all technical operations.
  • Support testing and deployment of new features or tools related to Murex systems.

Profile

A successful Front Office Murex Support Analyst should have:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Murex systems and related functionalities.
