Civil Project Manager / Estimator
The Civil Project Manager / Estimator will oversee and manage Site Work and Utility construction projects while providing detailed and accurate cost estimates for bids and proposals. This role requires strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes within the property industry.

Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and timelines.
- Manage and oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop accurate bids.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
- Document and report on project performance, including cost tracking and variance analysis.

Profile
A successful Project Manager / Estimator should have:
- 10+ years of Civil Utility and Site Work Experience.
- Proficiency in preparing cost estimates and managing construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Experience in the property industry is highly desirable.
