Junior IT Project Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Description

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects to ensure they meet deadlines and objectives.
• Coordinate with various teams to gather project requirements and track progress.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Support the resolution of project challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all project activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any concerns.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.
• Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization.

Profile

A successful Junior IT Project Manager should have:

• Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese.
• Waterfall/Agile Knowledge.
• A strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of technology systems and terminology within the financial services industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
