Construction Manager - Multifamily Developer
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our development team in the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily real estate projects. The APM will work closely with senior project managers, consultants, architects, general contractors, and other stakeholders to help deliver projects on time and on budget.

Description
- Assist in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
- Prepare project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies on construction sites.
- Support project managers in resolving issues and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Track and manage materials, labor, and equipment to optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project handovers and client satisfaction.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- A background in construction or property development, with a focus on project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and software.

- A commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000.
