Construction Estimator / Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects within the business services industry. Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support during the bidding process, including preparing bid packages and attending pre-bid meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labor costs.
• Assist in the development of cost-saving strategies and value engineering solutions.
• Ensure all estimates meet company standards and client expectations.
